This isn't so much a story as notes or backstory necessary for a robust feature presentation. I have zero emotional connection to anything that's going on in this book.

The voice acting is fine, but it's tough to rate him, because he's literally playing one character the whole time: a maester reading a chronicle of Westeros. This is not a novel.
